RESERVATION CONDITIONS

With our reservation conditions as well as our general terms and conditions, we hope to make things clear for you. When you reserve a room at Hotel Auenhof, you are accepting the content of these terms and conditions.
Your room with be ready for you from 3 p.m. on your day of arrival. On your day of departure, we ask that you vacate your rooms by 11 a.m.

BOOKING CANCELLATION policies From December 2022 until April 2023 (except for the Christmas and new years period)

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your booking up to 2 months before your arrival date, we will not charge any cancellation fee.

  • 2 monthes to 1 month before arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
  • Final week before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee

Please note that for the Christmas and New Year's period for the booking period 17th of December 2022 until 7th of January 2023 the following cancellation terms are applicated:

A cancellation is possible until 3 months before arrival.

  • 2 months to 1 month before arrival: 40 % cancellation fee
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
  • Final week before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee

Our new BOOKING CANCELLATION policies for the summer season 2022

If, for whatever reason, you wish to cancel your booking up to 2 weeks before your arrival date, we will not charge any cancellation fee.

  • 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
  • Final week before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee


In case of border barriers, a governmental imposed hotel shutdown or a lock down through government, we do not charge cancellation costs from our guests. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Payment of external services

Please note that for payment of external services (ski pass, ski school, taxi, Lech Card, greenfee, etc.) on the hotel invoice with a credit card, we reserve the right to make a service charge of 3% of the total price.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We suggest taking out a travel insurance policy through Europäische Reiseversicherung. That's why we offer you “Hotelstorno Plus” travel cancellation insurance.

More than just cancellation insurance (with no deductible). Hotelstorno Plus also covers travel interruption, additional costs due to delayed arrival or unwanted holiday extension, as well as search and rescue costs. This insurance provides coverage for a trip of up to 31 days in Europe.

Of course, we are also here to help you in person.

NEW: from now on also Covid-19 diseases are covered by the European travel insurance.

Covered reasons are:

  • disease of the guest with COVID-19
  • disease of a near relative or a person living together in the same household and the guests attendance is urgently needed
  • Elevated temperature was measured and Corona is suspected, also if the test result is negative afterwards
  • a near relative living in the same home is sick and the guest needs to stay in quarantine


no insurance cover:

  • if the guest is categorized as “risk group” and doesn’t want to arrive out of contamination fear
  • due to governmental preventive imposed quarantine upon return into home country
  • loss of employment caused by resignation due to pandemic


One further reason, which is not covered by insurance, would be border barrier, governmental imposed hotel shutdown and lock down through government. However in this case, we do not charge cancellation costs from our guests.
